Contact
DillDraw is built and maintained by Jefferson Almeida and his wife. It is not a company and there is no support team, so messages come to us directly and we read all of them.
Please write to hello@dilldraw.com.
What to write about
All of the following are useful to receive:
- A bug. Please include the number of players, the number of courts, the format you selected, and the browser you were using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
- A schedule that looks wrong. If a rotation repeats a partner earlier than it should, or the byes are uneven, please tell us the player count. The schedules are built and verified one group size at a time, so the size is the detail we need.
- A correction to the tournament calendar. The tour calendar is maintained by hand and dates change. Corrections are welcome.
- A format DillDraw does not run yet. Please describe how your group plays it, including how you handle byes and how you score it.
- An idea for the next tool. DillDraw is meant to become a small set of free pickleball tools rather than a single page.
- Business, partnership, or press enquiries. The same address reaches us.
What we cannot help with
Two limits are worth stating plainly, because both are asked about:
- We cannot recover a lost session. Your session is stored only in your own browser, on the device you are using. There is no account, no server copy, and no player database, so if that browser data is cleared the session is gone and we have no way to retrieve it. The privacy policy sets out what the site does and does not store.
- There is no login to reset. DillDraw has no accounts and no passwords. If something asks you to sign in to DillDraw, it did not come from this site.
Response time
DillDraw is a side project, so please allow a few days for a reply. Please write again if a week passes with no answer, because that means the message did not reach us.
More about who we are, and why the tool exists, is on the about page. The terms of use cover what you can expect from the tool itself.
