These terms govern your use of DillDraw.com and its tools, including the Pickleball Draw scheduler (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Using the Service
DillDraw is free to use and doesn't require creating an account. You can use it to organize casual pickleball sessions, tournaments, and open play among friends, family, or your local pickleball group.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or the servers/networks connected to it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, impersonate, or harm others;
- scrape, copy, or republish the Service's tools or content in a way that competes with DillDraw, without our permission.
Your data
The draw tool stores the information you enter (player names, scores, match history) locally in your own browser. You're responsible for whatever names and information you choose to enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this works.
No warranty
DillDraw is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim for the scheduling tools to be accurate and fair, but we don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular tournament, league, or competitive purpose. If you're running an event with real prizes, rankings, or stakes attached, use your own judgment before relying on any automated schedule.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DillDraw and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including disputes between players about match results, scheduling, or tournament outcomes generated using the tool. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Third-party links and advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements (for example, via Google AdSense) and links to partner sites (for example, NoFussMoney.com) or, in the future, third-party tournament listings. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site linked from DillDraw.
Intellectual property
The DillDraw name, logo, and site design are owned by DillDraw. You're welcome to use the tools for your own pickleball sessions, but please don't reproduce or repackage the Service itself as your own product.
Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update these terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time. We'll update the effective date above when the terms change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
