Printable 7-Player Round Robin Pickleball Schedule

1 court 7 rounds Doubles — rotating partners Players: A, B, C, D, E, F, G

Seven players and one court is the tightest fit in this set. Only four can be on court, so three sit out every round — but across seven rounds that lands perfectly even: everyone plays four games, sits three, and never sits twice in a row. What seven rounds cannot do is pair everybody, so each player partners four of the other six, with no pairing ever repeating. ✅ Verified: across all 7 rounds every player plays exactly 4 games, sits exactly 3, and partners 4 different people — no pairing repeats anywhere on the sheet.

Why seven is the awkward one

One court holds four people, so with seven in the gym three are always watching. Over seven rounds the sitting rotates cleanly — twenty-one bye slots shared among seven players is exactly three each — and the rotation is spaced so nobody ever sits two rounds back to back.

Partnerships are where seven runs out of room. Seven people make twenty-one possible pairs, but one court produces only two partnerships a round, so seven rounds offer fourteen slots. Fourteen into twenty-one does not go. Every partnership on this sheet is different — none repeats — but each player finishes having partnered four of the other six rather than all six.

Seven games to 11 with changeovers runs about an hour and three quarters. Because no partnership repeats, stopping early is still fair on partners: any run of rounds from the top is a valid shorter schedule. Bye counts only even out if you play all seven.

If an eighth player is anywhere nearby, invite them. Eight is the cleanest size in this whole set — two courts, nobody sitting, and a complete partner rotation. See the 8-player schedule.
